Return Instructions

You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:

• The product(s) must be in its original condition and the special markings (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed.

• The product(s) are in their original condition and have not been damaged through your fault.
  
  
• The product(s) you have selected for replacement correspond to the same price as the original product(s) purchased.

For reasons of hygiene, the Company does not accept returns on swimwear and underwear.

The return will only be accepted upon approval by the Company.

The Company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them.

Only product replacement is accepted, not refund.

To return a product and request a replacement, please complete the return form .

Order cancellation

Cancellation of the order is possible:

• Before completing the order, during the online order process you can remove the quantities of the products from your cart by pressing the delete button.

Once the order has been completed, the cancellation of the order is not accepted.
